You waive the right to inspect or approve the use of such media and any royalties or other compensation arising from their use.

You assume all risks associated with any activity, course, or challenge referenced in our content. By purchasing a course, you waive, release, and discharge Filmcare from any liability or claims arising from participation in activities associated with our products or services.

You may not share your login credentials or distribute the course content to others. Filmcare reserves the right to revoke access if misuse or content piracy is detected.

“50% viewed” means:
